WHY HAVE WE ADDED MULTIVITAMINS + IRON (VITAMIN K FREE) TO OUR 50+ RANGE?
Each tablet provides 100% of the recommended daily allowance of all of the essential vitamins apart from Vitamin K - this is due to the fact that Vitamin K should be supplemented with caution especially in those who take blood thinning medication/anticoagulants as Vitamin K can interact with these medications.

DIRECTIONS
